Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as we can. To ensure a smooth and efficient process for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please read it carefully to understand our terms and conditions regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

1. Pre-Filming Consultation Cancellation:
   • If you need to cancel your pre-filming consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
   • Failure to attend the scheduled pre-filming consultation will result in the automatic release of your reservation.
     
     
2. Studio Session Cancellation:
   • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled studio session will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before the session will receive a 50% refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 6 days before the session are non-refundable.
     
     
3. Rescheduling Policy:
   • You may reschedule your pre-filming consultation or studio session without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
   • Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance will incur a fee of 25% of the total booking cost and will be required upfront. 
   • Rescheduling is allowed only for one of the next two available filming days.
     
     
4. No-Show Policy:
   • If you do not attend your scheduled pre-filming consultation or studio session without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds  will be issued or rescheduling arranged.
     
     
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
   • We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
