Lights Camera Action acts as the Agent for Indigenous people living in the City of Sydney Local Government Area who want to get started in the industry.

Initially we enter head shots of each person with their details onto this website. We currently have over 200 people on our books, more than 70% of who are Indigenous. Approved members such as Production Companies and Casting Agents are able to access this website and database when looking for people to cast in upcoming films, television shows and advertisements.

LCA offers assistance with contracts, setting up bank accounts, registering for tax file numbers, transport to and from casting calls, voice training, presentation skills and personal financial and budgeting skills.
